Black Forest Cupcakes
-1 large can Cherry pie filling
-Stabilized whipped cream frosting
-Maraschino cherries and chocolate, for garish
When cupcakes are completely cool, you can remove the center of each cupcake using a cupcake corer, or you can just cut an inverted cone shape out of the middle of each cupcake using a knife.
Fill each cupcake with cherry pie filling.
Frost with stabilized whipped cream. I used a large round tip.
Garnish cupcakes with cherries and chocolate shavings.
(To make chocolate shavings, just pull a vegetable peeler along the side of a bar of chocolate.)
