Chewy Reeses Chocolate Cookies

I have about 20 recipes waiting in line to be posted so I'm going to try to crank these out like crazy.  This is another recipe that looks like "just a cookie" but these are SO delicious.  They freeze really well and if you want a cookie that's to die for- pop one of these in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until the peanut butter chips get all melty.  Mmmmm.

Reese's chips are a must.

Chewy Reese's Chocolate Cookies
Recipe from The Sister's Cafe

-2 cups +2-3 Tbsp flour (10.75 oz)
-3/4 cup cocoa (I like dutch-process)
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 cup butter, slightly softened
-2 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups Reese’s peanut butter chips, or just one 10 oz. bag (Don't use generic chips!!!)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture to butter, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake!

Cool slightly before moving to cooling racks to cool completely.
