Frozen Choco-Banana Skewers

All you need to know is,  "There's always money in the banana stand."

Frozen Choco-Banana Skewers
-Bananas
-Long sucker sticks or popsicle sticks
-Milk chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips
-Dark chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips

Slice the bananas to medium thickness. Carefully slide 3 bananas onto each stick.  If any of them break badly just throw them out.  Or use to bribe monkey children.  Place on a plate and freeze until completely firm, at least an hour.  If you choose to freeze them overnight, cover with a piece of plastic wrap.

Melt your milk chocolate in a soup bowl at 50% power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until smooth.  Add a little bit of vegetable oil if needed to get your chocolate really smooth.  Hold a banana stick over the bowl and quickly spoon chocolate over the entire pop.  VERY gently shake pop up and down slightly to remove excess chocolate.  Scrape bottom side with a spoon and set pop on a piece of parchment to set. Repeat with each pop.

Place dark chocolate pieces in a small freezer Ziploc bag and microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds at a time, kneading after each interval, until smooth.  When completely melted, cut off one corner of the bag to make a tip, and drizzle dark chocolate over each pop.  Allow to harden.

Freeze until ready to serve.
