(Wait till my husband finds out I'm making this and hanging it on our front door for a month. I'll be sure to take a picture of his face and put a caption on it that says "The cat peed WHERE? " before slapping it on pinterest.)
Anyways- back to girly Valentines things like these mallows. You can make them in any shape you want using teensy tiny cookie cutters. Fondant cookie cutters work great for this (look in the cake decorating section). My hobby lobby also has some small holiday themed sets by the modeling clay.
(Bizzar-o, I know... Doesn't anybody have the guts to tell the Hob Lob that modeling clay is inedible? Suddenly the fact that I use the same coupon every single day and never get questioned or imprisoned makes soo much sense.)

Chocolate-Dipped Heart Mallows
-XL campfire marshmallows (Target usually has them)
-Candy melts in white, pink, red, or brown
-Sprinkles or non-pareils
Cut each mallow in half through the cylindrical middle. (Oh yeah... I did just say that.)
Place the halves sticky-side down onto a Silpat or piece of parchment paper. Cut a heart out of each piece using your cookie cutter. (You may have to clean your cutter off several times with hot water while doing this when it starts to get sticky).
Melt your chocolate in a small shallow bowl at 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Use a candy fork to dip each mallow into the chocolate, pull straight back out, and tap the side of the fork gently on the rim of your bowl to get a smooth top.
If desired, throw right into a bowl of non-pareils or sprinkles, turning until evenly coated.
Otherwise, allow dipped-heart to dry on parchment/Silpat sheet. Once completely set, you can drizzle melted chocolate on if desired.
